No. Our widgets set no tracking cookies, and that includes the cookie banner, which remembers only the choice a visitor makes. To count views fairly we use a one-way, salted hash of a visitor's IP that expires every 30 minutes, the raw IP is never stored, and we never sell any data.
Only what is needed to render your widget: the public posts or reviews it shows, basic account details, and, where a widget connects to a platform, your connection token, which we store encrypted. Config-only tools like the cookie banner store nothing but their own settings.
Every platform connection has a hosted deletion-status page. Requests made through the platform are logged, actioned, and confirmed with a reference code, which is the compliant path Meta expects. You can also delete any widget, or your whole account, from the dashboard at any time.
